Designing of Training for Conflict Transformation Reader

Training is probably the hottest edge of a hot field, the rapidly-growing discipline of conflict resolution. But whether to cheer or jeer remains debatable. All too often training initiatives advance the interests of the trainers more clearly than the interests of the people they claim to serve. This course will approach training
with conflict transformation as the over-riding objective, with the goal of training in ways that empower participants and support the possibility of long-term, sustainable peace.
