Call for Entries: GIZ Photo Exhibition and Competition 2021

In line with the Mindanao Peace Studies Conference VII of Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU), the YOUCAP project “Strengthening Youth for a Culture of Peace and Non-Violence in Mindanao” and the GIZ-Civil Peace Service in partnership with FSUU are organizing a Photo Competition and Exhibition with the theme of “Youth(ful) Expressions: Keeping a Lens on Peacebuilding in Mindanao.”

It aims to encourage young people to submit their photos telling stories of hope, showing resilience and opportunities for peace during the Covid-19 pandemic. All photographs that meet the criteria of the competition will be exhibited in a virtual gallery. The top three pictures will be shown, recognized, and discussed in a talk show of the Sunny Side Webcast on November 24 streamed in FSUU's Official Facebook page and Youtube Channel during the closing session of the conference. In addition, 20 winners will be provided with internet load to be able to participate in the virtual program of the Mindanao Peace Studies Conference from 22nd to 24th of November 2021.
