The Opening Ceremony of week three was the last for MPI's 2016 Annual Peacebuilding Training. It was also the list event during which the Kaliwat Peforming Artists Collective joined us. Annual Training Program Office Rhea Silvosa welcomed the participants, and MPI Facilitator Kriz Cruzado gave the inpirational message.
